Shipping Policy
Orders are processed only after a consultation has been completed, reviewed, and approved by a licensed provider, and a valid prescription has been issued where applicable. By placing an order, the patient acknowledges and agrees that prescription fulfillment is based on provider determination and applicable medical standards. Once approved, orders are processed within approximately 3β5 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be issued once the order has been fulfilled and transferred to USPS. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, delays, or external factors beyond our control. Prescribed Essence does not guarantee transit times once the package has been released to the carrier.
At this time, Prescribed Essence ships only within the state of California. Orders placed outside of California will not be processed or fulfilled.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the delivery address, is accurate and complete at the time of order. Prescribed Essence is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees where permitted by law.
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier. Prescribed Essence is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or missing after delivery has been marked complete. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations and monitor tracking updates closely. For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required or recommended at our discretion.
All shipments are handled in a manner designed to protect patient privacy and comply with applicable health information privacy laws, including HIPAA. Packaging is discreet and does not disclose the nature of the contents or include sensitive medical information.
Due to the nature of prescription products and in compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations, all sales are final. Prescription treatments are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law.
