After your consultation, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and can proceed with ordering your prescribed hair growth products through our platform.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 2 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.

What is your refund & return policy?

We’re sorry, but due to legal reasons, prescriptions can’t be returned. However, our customer service team is here to help you find a solution. You can delay, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your next order is processed. If you cancel after the pharmacy has processed your order, we may not be able to offer a refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I track my order?
