How do I get started?

To get started, simply visit our website and follow the steps to create an account. Then, complete the online consultation form, which will be reviewed by one of our licensed healthcare providers. After your consultation, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and can proceed with ordering your prescribed hair growth products through our platform.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 2 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.

What is your refund & return policy?

We’re sorry, but due to legal reasons, prescriptions can’t be returned. However, our customer service team is here to help you find a solution. You can delay, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your next order is processed. If you cancel after the pharmacy has processed your order, we may not be able to offer a refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please contact customer service at info@prescribedessence.com, or call or text (888) 808-2405 between 9am – 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

How do I track my order?

Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.

How does my subscription work?

Prescribed Essence offers subscription options for your convenience. You'll receive your prescribed hair growth treatment at regular intervals, ensuring you never run out. The billing for your subscription will occur as agreed upon during the setup of your subscription plan.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, log in to your Prescribed Essence account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Account Settings" section. There, you should find options to modify your payment details. If you encounter any issues, you can also contact our customer support for assistance.

Are your doctors licensed?

Yes. All prescriptions are reviewed and issued by licensed physicians who are authorized to practice medicine in California. We maintain an updated record of provider licensure and credentials to ensure patient safety and compliance with all applicable laws.

Do I need a prescription to receive treatment?

Yes. You can only receive prescription medications after a doctor reviews your intake form and approves a prescription. We do not provide prescription medications without this step.

Which pharmacy will fill my prescription?

Our treatments are fulfilled through our in-house pharmacy partner, which meets all state and federal regulations. This process allows us to maintain high-quality standards for our unique formulations.

Am I required to use your affiliated pharmacy?

No. You may request to use another pharmacy if eligible. However, only prescriptions filled through our licensed pharmacy partner can be guaranteed for quality and consistency, since our formulas are unique to Prescribed Essence.

Is this a one-time treatment or ongoing?

Our treatment plans are designed as a minimum six-month program. Consistency is essential for real results. Missing doses or stopping early will reduce effectiveness. Results may vary, and Prescribed Essence cannot be responsible for outcomes if the treatment plan is not followed as prescribed.
