Cancelation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. There is no waiting period and no cutoff window. You may cancel the same way you signed up. If you signed up online, you may cancel online in your account using a single cancellation control, without calling us, without emailing us, and without speaking to anyone. You may also cancel by emailing info@PrescribedEssence.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Before you enroll
Before you pay, we will show you all of the following clearly and right next to where you agree: the amount of each recurring charge, how often you will be charged, that the subscription continues until you cancel, the deadline to cancel before the next charge, and how to cancel. You must separately check a box agreeing to those automatic renewal terms. Accepting the Terms and Conditions by itself is not your agreement to automatic renewal. After you enroll, we will send you an acknowledgment you can keep. It will repeat the automatic renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and the steps to cancel.
Price changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in writing at least seven (7) business days and no more than thirty (30) business days before the new price takes effect. The notice will state the new amount, the date it takes effect, and how to cancel. If you do not want the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. If your subscription has a term of one year or longer, we will remind you between fifteen (15) and forty-five (45) days before each renewal that it is about to renew, and we will tell you how to cancel.
Free trials or promotional rates
If we offer you a free trial or a promotional rate that converts to a paid subscription, we will tell you before you accept what the charge will be, when it starts, and how to cancel before you are charged. We will remind you before the first paid charge.
Cancelling an order and what is refundable
Once a Provider completes your evaluation and recommends treatment, the consultation fee and the technology and platform services fee are not refundable. You may still cancel the medication order at any time before the Pharmacy dispenses it and receive a full refund of the medication charge and shipping. Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded, as required by pharmacy law. If a Provider determines that treatment is not right for you, you are not charged anything.
